Dr. Lanzetta recognizes how hearing loss often causes a communication breakdown between a patient and their family. That's why he takes the necessary time to help each patient find personalized hearing solutions and educate them about the available technology.
"Dear Dr. Lanzetta:
I just wanted to thank you personally for setting me up with my hearing aids. I absolutely love them, and I can hear so much better. I didn't realize how bad my hearing loss was until I had my audio test and came home with my hearing aids. Everything is crystal clear and the aids are so comfortable.
I really appreciate your availability too. It's nice to know that I can pick up the phone or send an email if I need to ask you a question. I also love the benefit of being able to get free batteries and ear cushions (sorry, I forgot the name!) for life. That is a great deal! Thank you!"
